FUGU provides a multi-layered fraud prevention system that analyzes consumer behavior after checkout, verifies customers, records interactions, and provides fraud alerts. Merchants can either follow our risk guidelines or dynamically route certain orders to chargeback protection plans. To reduce the churn of payments, FUGU additionally offers a payment promise feature that ensures delivery in case of payment rejection. Until shipment, FUGU will continue to attempt to identify your customer before rejecting the order.
